For the first time, there is a handy list that’ll help you find that Bible verse that’ll help you when you need it most. There’s passages to help when you get bucked off, stomped, shot at, and even one if you happen to ride into a herd of idiots.

Where to go for help when you need it most

If you feel like you’ve been stomped: Romans 8:18-30

When you feel like you’re surrounded by rabid mutant coyotes and you’re gonna be eaten alive: Psalm 121

If you are in desperate need of a backbone: Joshua 1

When you feel like you’ve got nothin’ left: Philippians 4:19

When you lose friends because you ride for Jesus: John 15

When hope seems to be slidin’ away faster than a missed daly: 2 Thes. 2:16-17

If you’re lookin’ for a shady spot to rest: John 14:27

No nonsense guide to livin’ right and bein’ happy: Colossians 3:12-17

Does the trail God has you ridin’ got you scratchin’ your head? Isaiah 55:8-9

When you feel like you’ve rode into a herd of idiots: Romans 12:9-21

If your happiness seems to have high-tailed it out of the country: John 14

When it doesn’t even seem like your dog likes you anymore: Romans 8:38-39

When you’ve done that thing that you know you ain’t supposed to do: 1 John 1:8-9

If you find yourself bucked off right into a den of snakes: Psalm 91

When people are shootin’ at you from the bluffs: Psalm 27

When it feels like God must be takin’ a siesta: Psalm 139

When your faith needs to be pushed back up into the saddle: Hebrews 11

When you’re feelin’ as scared and boogered as a colt surrounded by Wal-Mart sacks: Psalm 23

When it seems like all you do is fret over everythin’ all day long: Matthew 6:25-34
