What does pending mean on Movoto? ›
If the buyer and the seller both decide to move forward after the option period, the seller can change the listing status to “pending” or “pending continue to show.” “Pending” means that the seller is confident the sale will close and does not want to show the property to any other buyers at all.
Can people tell if you look at their house on Zillow? ›
Sellers can see, in real time, the number of times their listing has been viewed or saved by potential home buyers, and how that activity compares to similar homes on the market.
