What is a M&C discount? ›

At M@C Discount we buy truckloads of closeouts merchandise and customer returns from major retailers. We receive "New"​ and "Used"​ items that are sold individually at aggressive discounts, in-store and online. In-store, prices begin at 50% of retail and are discounted each week.

Are there any fees? Yes, our normal 15% Buyer Premium and $3 per lot fees will be applied to your invoice.

Winning Bid - The Buyer that entered the Winning Bid will consummate the purchase of the item within the time specified in the terms and conditions for the Selling Event. Unless stated in the specific terms and conditions for a Selling Event, all Goods will be immediately charged to the User credit card on file.

1 Like New - These are items that appear to be in a new condition or have never been used previously. These items are not tested for functionality or completeness. For items that are marked Like New a bidder must examine the item thoroughly when claiming (pick-up) the item.

You pay whatever your high bid is at the end of the auction. If your high bid is currently $152.50, and the auction ends, then that is what is what you pay. The $200 is your proxy bid and ebay will auto bid for you until your proxy bid has been hit, if others continue to bid against you.

Consequences for Failing to Pay a Winning Bid

If you win something at an auction, you are legally bound to pay the agreed price once the hammer falls. You're liable for the deposit on auction day and the rest of the purchase price, plus fees, by the completion deadline (typically 28 days after the auction).
